Quality Materials

TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin)

The fastest growing and most popular choice in commercial roofing membrane is highly reflective, giving it industry-leading energy efficiency and resistance. This membrane also holds up well against small hail and in higher traffic areas.

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) single-ply membranes have provided dependable protection and proven performance since the 1960s, making them a popular and economical choice. PVC’s resistance to chemicals, grease, fire, and punctures make it an ideal choice for a wide variety of buildings. We usually recommend this for our restaurant customers and for chemical factories.

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer)

Resilient synthetic rubber membrane widely used on low-slope roofing projects for over 50 years in the United States and worldwide. Due to its elasticity, this membrane is our most durable flat roof membrane. Because it’s usually black, it can produce substantial heat.

Metal Roofing

Standing seam roof systems consist of a series of panels that are connected by raised seams (or vertical legs) above the flat surface. Rather than sitting flush against the roof deck, the seams rise between 1 to 3 inches above the surface and allow the panels to snap together or mechanically interlock without exposed, or visible, fasteners. In addition to providing a sleek, modern look, standing seam systems allow panels to expand and contract with changing temperatures, helping them to last longer and cause less wear and tear on the roof deck.
Concealed fastener wall panels are installed with clips and/or fasteners that are placed beneath the wall panels, so they are hidden from view.

Free Consultation

Our trained inspection specialists will do a complete review of your entire roof system at no cost to you. They have a detailed checklist to follow, but can be summarized into 3 major categories.

  1. Warranty related items
  2. Maintenance needs and mechanical damage
  3. Storm or weather-related damage

Each consultation includes an updated condition report with coinciding pictures and documentation. Whether you use the report for immediate action or not, it gives you a real time look at the integrity of your roof system and can serve as a baseline for future reference, if anything else might occur.

Onsite Management

Every project completed by Authorized Commercial Roofing has on-site management during the entirety of the project. Many roofing companies subcontract out the actual work and then show up periodically to inspect. ACR will be there the entire time to make sure everything is done the right way the whole time. It also helps us ensure that all safety protocols are adhered to for the entire project.
